Avuá Cachaça, produced by one of Brazil’s few female distillers using four chosen varieties of sugarcane, is introducing two new expressions. Avuá Jequitibá Rosa Cachaça (80 proof) joins the portfolio as the third native wood expression. Avuá Still Strength Cachaça (90 proof) is the first of its kind in the U.S. and only 600 bottles will be available; this high-proof option was created in response to the renewed interest in the Tiki cocktail culture.
