The new flavor is “highly versatile” for enhancing cocktails, especially those made with white spirits as a base. The Bitter Truth Cucumber Bitters are available in 200ml format, accompanying the existing range of Old Time Aromatic, Jerry Thomas, Chocolate, Grapefruit, Orange, Lemon, Tonic, Celery and Creole. “Our Cucumber Bitters are perfect for spicing up summer cocktails like gin or vodka and tonics, mojitos or a Bloody Mary,” said co-creator of the brand Stephan Berg.
