Connecticut Distributors, Inc. (CDI), received the Platinum Award at the Business Council of Fairfield County’s Annual Healthy Workplace Employer Recognition Awards Ceremony on February 14. This marks the third time CDI’s Wellness Committee has received the award with a mission to “recognize, create and sustain a healthy workplace.” Among 2018 efforts were the company’s second annual Health and Wellness Fair, multiple Red Cross blood drives and a Stratford 5K charity race, as well as implementing a program that provides healthy snacks for its distribution team on the road. The CDI Wellness Committee began its workplace wellness-improvement efforts in 2015.
