Photo Insertion Request

We’ve found that more and more suppliers and distributors are submitting photos from promotions, product kick-offs, employee recognitions, etc.

We greatly appreciate this and realize our editorial pages are an effective vehicle to get the word out. In order to give your products even more support and recognition, we are asking that you supply us with additional information. In doing so, brand awareness grows, as well as sales. (and then we won't have to call and waste your precious time).

We ask that you identify the people in each photo properly and keystroke ALL information legibly, to avoid errors. Please realize that space is limited and each photo may not be published.

The email submission required information to Stacy Murray MUST BE COMPLETED and accompany PHOTOS submitted.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION:

• There is no guaranteed placement (but we do love local news).
• DO include a contact name and phone number.
• Photos of events submitted more than TWO MONTHS AFTER the date of the promotion/event MAY NOT appear.
• DO try to center the product or subjects.
• Photos should INCLUDE a licensee, employee, and/or product being promoted.
• Photos MUST include the date event of the event (MM/DD/YY) and who is shown (left to right)
• Electronically submitted photos need to have a MINIMUM resolution of 300dpi and a print size of at least 4x6 (OR just send us whatever you have - we can make it work).
• Please do not send embedded photos into a Word document.
• All digital images must be in JPEG format.
