Diageo Recognized By Two Connecticut Chapters of the NAACP

Diageo received the award for Corporate Citizenship from the Norwalk NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) chapter, in recognition for the company’s continued commitment to the community. Additionally, the Stamford NAACP chapter has awarded Diageo’s Director of Alcohol Policy and Reputation Management, Dr. Danielle Robinson, the Darwin Davis Corporate Award for the promotion of responsible drinking and her contributions to the community. The NAACP is the nation’s oldest and largest nonpartisan civil rights organization. “The NAACP’s mission to promote inclusion and ensure equal rights for all aligns with Diageo’s core values and commitment to diversity and inclusion,” said Cherie Sheridan, Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Diageo North America.
