Owners Chris and Patrick Donahue opened the namesake pub and music venue almost four years ago. Known for its “great food, great music,” Donahue’s serves fresh seafood dishes and homemade New England clam chowder. From the sizable bar, cocktails range from traditional to inventive.

  •  2/3 Peel Bananacello on bottom
  • 1/3 Cabo Diablo on top

The Devil’s Banana by Ken Burton.

“It’s a nice winter drink. It’s a cold drink but warm going down,” said Burton. “Cabo Diablo is a natural fit for (the Connecticut-based) Peel Bananacello. the bananacello also has a caramel kick and is a little thicker than the Cabo Diablo Coffee Liqueur, so it gives a lingering banana flavor on your tongue.”
