Half Full Brewery hosted a pop-up beer garden in Stamford’s Mill River Park December 7 through 16. As part of the Mill River Park Collaborative’s Holiday Market and the park’s “Winter Wonderland” festivities, the Half Full Winter Beer Garden featured an enclosed bar serving Half Full beer, cider and wine in a holiday-themed “après-skate” inspired lounge. Open weekends during December, the 2,500-square-foot beer garden was open alongside the park’s Holiday Market, which included approximately 30 local vendors.
