Two new expressions are joining the Jura Signature Series, each matured in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in specially selected European casks. Jura Seven Wood is finished in casks made from wood grown in six specific French forests; none held wine, amplifying the richness from the oak. Jura 18, after 18 years in bourbon barrels, is finished in Premier Grand Cru Classé French red wine barriques to create a rich character; bottled at 88 proof.
