As part of the multi-day New England Tequila & Rum Festival, Twin River Casino hosted a day of industry education on May 3, titled “Swizzle Me Some Knowledge and Agave Love.” Industry professionals enjoyed two hours of spirits and brand education while tasting featured products. Guest speakers included Edrington Americas’ Brand Ambassador Sammy Karachi, who gave a presentation on Brugal Rum, including the brand’s history and its tasting profile. Alexander Kong, Export Manager, Worthy Park Estate, introduced guests to Worthy Park Rum, which was recently introduced to the U.S. from Jamaica.
