Reppucci taste-testing in the distillery for their Summer Hop Whiskey.

South Kingston’s Sons of Liberty craft distillery was awarded two Gold Medals from May’s 2014 Craft Spirits Awards International Competition in Los Angeles, CA. The two Sons of Liberty products taking home gold were Battle Cry American Single Malt Whiskey and Summer Release Hop Flavored Whiskey. “We started Sons of Liberty to redefine American Whiskey and it’s a great honor to have our efforts recognized by this year’s Craft Spirits Awards International Competition,” said Sons of Liberty Owner, Mike Reppucci. Sons of Liberty recently won a “World’s Best” award for its pumpkin spice flavored whiskey at Whisky Magazine’s World Whiskies Awards in London.
