Members of the Rhode Island chapter of the United States Bartenders Guild (USBG RI) recently visited Brutopia Brewery & Kitchen in Cranston for a first: brewing a namesake chapter beer. The group met with Master Brewer Sean Larkin, of Trinity/Revival/Narragansett fame, to learn about the craft beer ingredients and process. The outing linked together cocktail and beer professionals while offering an educational experience. The USBG RI beer will be brewed on the premises.
