The Newport Beer Festival, produced by Gray Matter Marketing and sponsored by Newport Craft Brewing + Distilling Co. and Pour Judgement, returned to Fort Adams State Park on April 29. Now in its 11th year, the sold-out event offered beer lovers local and regional brew tastes as representatives from close to 50 craft breweries poured at tasting stations throughout the scenic location. Guests also enjoyed food from Pour Judgement, Mission Burger, and Yagi Noodles and live music from The Ravers. Proceeds benefited the Rhode Island Brewers Guild, whose mission is to support and promote craft breweries in the state.
