Vintage Wine Estates, Inc. (VWE), announced the appointment of Seth Kaufman as President and CEO succeeding Interim CEO Jon Moramarco, who will continue in his role as a Director. Kaufman is expected to begin in his position at VWE no later than Oct. 30. For the last four years, Kaufman has been President and CEO of Moët Hennessy North America, the $2.5 billion North American wine and spirits business of LVMH. Prior to that, he progressively advanced through several roles over a nearly 20-year career at PepsiCo, Inc. VWE is a family of wineries and wines whose singular focus is producing the best quality wines and incredible customer experiences with wineries throughout Napa, Sonoma, California’s Central Coast, Oregon and Washington.
