From April 30 to May 3, 2015, Eat Drink RI offered hundreds of guests and participating trade professionals four days filled with Rhode Island food and beverage specialties. In addition to native culinary favorites, beverage representatives showcased many local, regional and national brands. The annual festival, founded by David Dadekian, benefited Dining Out for Life and AIDS Project RI.
