Richard Maloney, Senior Analyst, the Law Offices of Jerry Farrell, Jr.

Richard Maloney joined the Wallingford-based Law Offices of Jerry Farrell, Jr. as a Senior Analyst concentrating on liquor control issues. Maloney, who recently retired from the Department of Consumer Protection, was a supervising agent in the Liquor Control Division and most recently the Director of Trade Practices for the agency. “Rick brings a wealth of knowledge and firsthand insight into liquor enforcement issues,” said Jerry Farrell, Jr.
