North Kingstown’s Sons of Liberty Spirits Co. released a limited batch of a Maple Bourbon Whiskey on October 26. After aging bourbon for 19 months in American Oak, the whiskey continued its aging process for another 10 months in a barrel that had held maple syrup. Sons of Liberty produced 150 bottles of the 84-proof seasonal spirit.
