The 29th Annual Rhode Island Hospitality Association (RIHA) Golf Classic brought together 144 hospitality industry golfers at the Quidnessett Country Club in North Kingstown on October 1. RIHA staff and association members and sponsors also participated in raffles and a silent auction, culminating with a dinner at the end of the daylong event. Sponsor donors included Horizon Beverage Company, McLaughlin & Moran, Inc., MS Walker, Mancini Beverage – RIDC, Coca Cola, Pepsi, Newport Restaurant Group, Sysco and Gordon Food Service. The tournament is one of the largest RIHA fundraisers each year, with a portion of proceeds raised benefiting the RI Hospitality Association Education Foundation.
