FX Magner Imports, part of the Hartley & Parker Limited, Inc. wine portfolio, in cooperation with Cheshire’s Viron Rondo Osteria, hosted a wine pairing dinner featuring Italian wines with the import company’s owner, Fran Magner on hand to present. The April 14 casual pairing dinner, organized by Dimitrios Zahariadis, Beverage Director, Viron Rondo Osteria, featured small plates designed to pair well with the selections: Prima Perla Prosécco Rosé Brut DOC, Cavazza Estate 2020 Pinot Grigio DOC, Castello Vicchiomaggio 2020 Chianti Classico, Ripa delle More 2017 Super Tuscan, Villa Poggio Salvi 2017 Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, La Sogara 2016 Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG and Doktor Mango Moscato.
