
Mancini Beverage – Best Beverage division collaborated on a wine-pairing dinner with DeWolf Tavern in Bristol on Oct. 20. Guests enjoyed multiple courses of vegetarian Indian cuisine, prepared by Sai Viswanath, Owner and Chef, DeWolf Tavern, in the theme of an Indian wedding celebration dinner. Event host Jennifer Chapman, Sales Representative, Mancini Beverage – Best Beverage division, presented each of the featured wine selections to guests with each course. During the evening, guests tasted Il Borro Borrorosa Rosé, Force Celeste Chenin Blanc, La Favorita Reggiano Lambrusco Sparkling Red Wine, Terre Gaie Brando Cabernet Franc and Tombacco Azzurra Rossa.
- Guests enjoyed multiple courses of Indian food in DeWolf Tavern’s special event room, decorated in the style of an Indian wedding with flowers from India and paired with wines from the Mancini Beverage portfolio on Oct. 20.
- Featured wines included Il Borro Borrorosa Rosé, Force Celeste Chenin Blanc, La Favorita Reggiano Lambrusco Sparkling Red Wine, Terre Gaie Brando Cabernet Franc and Tombacco Azzurra Rossa.
