Narragansett Beer welcomed the holiday season with its annual tree lighting at its brewery along India Point Park in Providence on Dec. 2. Guests enjoyed a variety of ’Gansett offerings and food while the Narrangansett Beer Keg Tree was strung with lights and lit on the venue’s patio for the first time this holiday season. Narragansett Beer’s latest seasonal offering, White Christmas Winter Warmer Ale, was also available for celebrants to sample. The limited-edition brew was released by Narrangansett Beer in cooperation with the estate of the late Bing Crosby, singer of the iconic holiday song “White Christmas.” Brewed with English hops, dark cherries, sweet orange peel and ginger, at 7.4% ABV, the brew offers a hint of bitterness and spice with notes of toffee and dried fruit. White Christmas Winter Warmer Ale will be available while supplies last.
