WHAT: The Wine Store and the Misquamicut Business Association with host the third-annual Misquamicut Craft Beer & Wine Tasting at Venice Restaurant in Westerly on March 8. Guests will enjoy a variety of craft beer and wine pours with bites from local restaurants. Musical guest Ed Peabody and the Big Blue Thang will play the Blues live. Event proceeds will benefit the efforts of the Misquamicut Business Association (MBA), a nonprofit led by local business owners whose mission is to promote events and maintain the Misquamicut Beach area, including the Road and Beach Area Cleanup Crew, as well as family beach events.
