Highland Imports welcomed new spirits and wines to its state portfolio. The first is Aupale Vodka, made with glacier water found in Baie-Comeau in Northern Quebec. The vodka is distilled seven times for an 80-proof luxury spirit that is corn-based, gluten-free, kosher and with no added preservatives. Aupale Vodka Seltzers combine the vodka with natural cold-pressed juices from disregarded fruits topped with rare New Zealand hops essence, sold in 4-packs of Grapefruit, Lemon Cranberry, Basil – Lime and Passion Fruit – Vanilla. Second, at 5.9% ABV, Brad’s Blend of Rum & Cola Craft Cocktails combine a top-shelf four-year aged rum with cola in four all-natural flavors: Original, Coconut, Cherry Rum and Lite Cola blends in 12-ounce cans. Third is Stel+Mar, a lineup of 100% California wine. A sponsor of the National Park Trust, proceeds from every bottle sold are donated to help preserve national parks across the U.S. The winery offers its commitment to sustainability and minimizing environmental impact from vineyard practices to eco-friendly packaging. Under award-winning Winemaker Philip Zorn, Stel+Mar is available in Cabernet Sauvignon, Proprietary Red Blend, Rosé, Chardonnay, Sparkling Rosé and a forthcoming Sauvignon Blanc. And lastly, is Wetzel Estate Winery and Vineyard, a family-owned and -operated winery established in 1990, located in the Mid-Willamette Valley just outside of Dallas, Oregon. Its annual wine production is intentionally limited to maintain consistent premium quality across its brands. New to Connecticut are Chateau Bianca Pinot Noir and Chateau Bianca Pinot Gris, each 13% ABV.
