
Connecticut Distributors, Inc., showcased Tequila Mi Campo with a cocktail competition at El Segundo in Norwalk on May 1. Seven local bartenders competed, creating their best cocktails featuring Tequila Mi Campo for judges. The winners were first place: Ben Pare, Bartender, Two Roads Brewing Company; second place: Jimmy Ortiz, Bartender, Match Restaurant; and third place: Konrad Dziedzic, Bartender, Greer Southern Table. Available in Blanco, Reposado and Añejo, Mi Campo tequila is crafted using high-quality agave and tequila production methods. Made from 100% blue Weber agave, the piñas are squeezed—not crushed—then cooked in stone ovens. Mi Campo Blanco Tequila is rested in white wine barrels and the Reposado is aged in red wine barrels.
