The Sun Tequila Tasting returned to Mohegan Sun’s casino and resort on July 27. Sponsored by Patrón, Beam Suntory and Rémy Cointreau, the annual event provides a brand showcase of agave-based spirits from a variety of suppliers and distributors, with tequila, mezcal, margaritas and more. Guests enjoyed margaritas and live entertainment on the venue’s Sun Patio. Partygoers also mixed their own margaritas using the Cointreau Blender Bike, played games, snapped pics at a variety of photo booths and enjoyed live music by DJ D-Ave and Fiesta del Norte throughout the evening. Tequila fans paired the many offerings with savory Mexican fare provided by Los Mariachis on Wheels. A portion of ticket proceeds benefited the United Way of Southeastern Connecticut Young Leaders United.
