Track 15’s Railcar.
Track 15
1 Union Station
Providence, RI
Paying homage to Union Station’s railway history, Track 15 is the most recent “track” to be added to the 14 railways that once existed in the terminal. The dramatically redesigned space offers approximately 18,000 square feet, incorporating seven individual food vendors and one main bar. Track 15’s food and beverage offerings highlight the breadth of the Rhode Island culinary scene. The beverage program takes inspiration from its food partners, with a fully local draft beer list, along with draft wines from Sakonnet Vineyard, and shows support for local craft distillers, including a Track 15 Gin and Vodka from Providence distillery The Industrious Spirit Company. The goal of its cocktail program is to deliver value and quality to guests all while ensuring there’s something for everyone. With a focus on seasonal flavors in its cocktails, signature as well as nonalcoholic drinks blend familiar and approachable ingredients that honor classic recipes while introducing an element of freshness and fun.

“The Railcar is a refined variation of the Sidecar, featuring a rich base of Cognac balanced with the bright citrus notes of dry Curaçao and fresh lemon juice. A touch of bergamot syrup adds aromatic complexity, enhancing the cocktail’s depth with subtle floral and tea-like nuances,” said Jay Carr, Assistant General Manager and Bar Manager at Track 15. “Served shaken and strained into a coupe glass, the Railcar provides a smooth yet vibrant drinking experience with a sophisticated citrus finish.
