Bristol’s Brick Pizza Co., in collaboration with Say Yes to the Cocktail Mobile Bartending, hosted a cocktail workshop on May 1. Sponsored by Patrón Tequila, the Cinco de Drinko educational event gave cocktail enthusiasts hands-on experience in cocktail making with a Cinco de Mayo theme. Led by Ricky Fernandes, Co-founder and CEO, Say Yes to the Cocktail Mobile Bartending, guests learned how to make three cocktails featuring Patrón Silver Tequila and XO Café Coffee Liqueur, including a Classic Margarita featuring Patrón Silver Tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave nectar and a splash of club soda with a Tajin rim; a Oaxacan Espresso Martini with Patrón Silver Tequila, Patrón XO Café Coffee Liqueur, espresso, cocoa bitters, simple syrup and Baileys Irish Cream; and the third, a build-your-own margarita option, where guests created their own cocktail variations using different fruits mixed with classic margarita ingredients.
