
Brescome Barton, in collaboration with Moët Hennessy, hosted a pairing dinner featuring wines from Terrazas de los Andes at Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse in Stamford on March 28. Brescome Barton’s Phuong Thy Villaysane, Moët Portfolio Manager, and Sara Leibowitz, Sales Representative, were on-site with Moët Hennessy’s John Sorice, Wine Estates Sales Manager MA/RI/CT, and Jorge Ball, Sr. Territory Manager, to present selections to guests. The dinner featured five courses of Brazilian cuisine prepared by the venue’s culinary team paired with Terrazas de los Andes wines and cocktails. During the evening, guests tasted Terrazas de los Andes Reserva Malbec, Reserva Chardonnay, Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon, Grand Malbec and Malbec Altos del Plata Mendoza. Argentina’s Terrazas de los Andes has been a pioneer of high-altitude winegrowing since the early 1990s. Its more than 500 hectares of vineyards are managed with regenerative organic methods, earning the winery Regenerative Organic Certified status in 2023.
