Newport Mansions Wine & Food Festival Grand Tasting @ The Marble House

The Sunday Grand Tasting will take place as part of the Newport Mansions Wine & Food Festival on the Marble House lawn on  September 22, 2019. Guests will have the opportunity to taste and experience wines from every major wine region, enjoy food from artisanal food purveyors and top restaurants and meet famous local, regional and national chefs. VIP tickets give guests early admission to the Grand Tasting at noon and access to a special VIP area throughout the event. This is a 21+ event.

A portion of event proceeds will benefit the RI Hospitality Education Foundation.

RIHA’s 2019 Stars of the Industry Awards @ Twin River Casino Hotel

The Rhode Island Hospitality Association’s 2019 “Stars of the Industry” awards dinner and ceremony was created more than 30 years ago. It is hosted by the RI Hospitality Association and RI Hospitality Education Foundation to recognize shining stars in the restaurant and hospitality industries. Approximately 900 industry professionals attended last year’s event from across all sectors of the trade. Recipients are nominated by their leaders, coworkers and customers. Awards are given in more than 20 categories. Winners are voted on by the public and elected officials of the board. For more information, visit the association website.
