
Connecticut Distributors, Inc. (CDI), showcased Cantina Azul Tequila at a pairing dinner at Glastonbury’s Birch Hill Tavern on May 14. Cantina Azul Tequila Co-owners Brian Williams and Bill Driggs gave guests an education on the tequila’s origins and its production methods while enjoying a four-course meal prepared by Executive Chef April Gibson paired with cocktails by Bar Manager Geoff Smith. Created by friends and Connecticut beverage and hospitality industry veterans, Cantina Azul Tequila is crafted from 100% pure agave from Jalisco, Mexico, using modern distillation practices. Its distinctive flavors of rich agave, black pepper and nutty undertones make it the perfect spirit for cocktails or for sipping.
