Connecticut Distributors, Inc. (CDI), welcomed Le Portier Cognac to its portfolio. In a recent general sales meeting, Danny Saltzman, CEO and Founder, The Fuel Brands, and Eugene Engle, National Sales Director, The Craft Irish Whiskey Co., introduced CDI’s sales team to Le Portier, a new Cognac crafted in collaboration with NFL Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe, with a tasting and an in-depth exploration of the brand’s history. Crafted in France, Le Portier Cognac was created by Sharpe and Jay Bradley, Founder, The Craft Irish Whiskey Co., as a sophisticated, modern expression of an ancient craft. This world-class blend of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fin Bois is aged for more than four years in French oak barrels, delivering a refined depth with every sip. Recognized among the elite, Le Portier Shay has achieved Platinum – Best in Class at the SIP Awards and Gold from The Spirits Business in the VSOP Super Premium category.
