
Staff from Connecticut Distributors, Inc. (CDI), recently collected school supplies for a charitable initiative benefiting the Sterling House Community Center in Stratford. Through the annual Back 2 School Drive, led by CDI’s Pricing, Profit and Inventory Manager Andrea Labella, the team collected 10 backpacks, nine lunchboxes, six-packs of loose-leaf paper, 180 notebooks, 110 24-packs of crayons, seven 24-packs of colored pencils, seven 12-packs of glue sticks, nine 12-packs of highlighters, 60 12-packs of pencils and 12 rulers, among other classroom and individual student items. The supplies benefited 100 children through the Sterling House Resource Connection Program, a comprehensive, basic needs assistance program providing a wide range of services to individuals and families.
