Connecticut Distributors, Inc. (CDI), hosted a Community Service Day to clean up two neighborhood parks over the summer. Led by CDI’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) team, 45 associates teamed up for the beautification of Sigourney Square Park in Hartford and Edgewood Park in New Haven on July 19 while fostering community engagement and camaraderie. “This day was a testament to what we can achieve when we come together with a shared purpose,” said Mike Forbes, CDI DE&I Team Lead. “CDI’s commitment to making a positive impact on our community and pushing forward our DE&I initiatives is something I’m incredibly proud of. This initiative reflects CDI’s ongoing dedication to giving back to the community, creating a special afternoon of service and connection for all involved.” The efforts are part of CDI’s ongoing community engagement programs.
