Geoff Molson

Geoff Molson, a member of the Molson Coors Board of Directors, was appointed Chairman on June 3. Pete Coors, the past Chairman, will assume the role of Vice President. The by-laws for the Board of Directors state the chairman and the vice chairman alternate between the Molson and Coors families on a two-year rotating basis. Molson has served the board since December 2009.
