
The Appleton Estate Rum Tiki Cocktail Competition was held on June 8, 2015 at Max Fish in Glastonbury. United States Bartenders Guild Connecticut (USBG CT) chapter members were tasked with using Appleton Estate Rum to mix four drinks in six minutes for the judging panel. Judges included Brian Mitchell, Corporate Beverage Director, Max Restaurant Groups; Carl Summa, USBG CT Vice President; and Andres Soriano, Bar Manager, Max Fish. The winner was Christtian Quezada.
