Connecticut Distributors Inc. (CDI) celebrated the retirement of two long-time sales associates on March 23. Steve Lancor, Business Manager and Bob Hanchette, Anchor Sales Representative, each of whom devoted over 35 years of dedicated service to CDI and Gallo. By building solid relationships in the market and maintaining a great working relationship with Gallo, Lancor had a large part in many innovative launches with labels that are now among the top brands. Additionally, he had dedicated his work to the training and development of many associates, which through his mentorship and coaching, have grown into leadership roles across the company, including Hanchette. Hanchette was presented with a sales jersey for the sales “wall of fame,” a tradition as sales representatives retire. Both were honored by the CDI team with a sharing of stories and special moments from their decades of service with the company.
