Constellation Brands’ Board of Directors has elected Susan Somersille Johnson, Corporate Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of SunTrust Banks, to serve as a member of the board effective July 18, 2017. The recent appointment came after Constellation Brands increased the size of their board from 10 to 11 members. This year, Johnson was named one of the “50 Most Powerful Women in Corporate America” by Black Enterprise Magazine, which honors female African-American executives from the top 1,000 publicly traded companies in the U.S.
