
The Connecticut Restaurant Association (CRA) hosted a three-part informational seminar with topics for hospitality professionals on October 16 at the Hartford Convention Center. Attorney Jerry Farrell, Jr. and Senior Analyst Steve Somma, both of the Law Office of Jerry Farrell, Jr., gave an educational talk on liquor compliance in Connecticut. The presentation focused on what Connecticut restaurant owners and employees should know about the state’s liquor laws, training tips for restaurant owners and information on liquor regulatory compliance awareness checks. Additional sessions during the seminar focused on Connecticut labor laws and the FDA Food Code.
