The Duckhorn Portfolio appointed Nihar Bhatt as its Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, effective April 14, and Jeff Ngo has been appointed as its Executive Vice President, Chief Growth Officer, effective April 30. Bhatt brings more than 20 years of financial, operations, M&A and strategy experience to The Duckhorn Portfolio, driving results for Fortune 500 and pre-IPO growth companies. Bhatt will lead the finance, strategy, M&A, and IT functions and succeeds Jennifer Fall Jung, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Ngo will oversee brand marketing, trade marketing, creative services and DTC. He succeeds Lisa Kislak, who has been fractional Chief Marketing Officer since September 2024.
