Eli Cannon’s Tap Room hosted its 10th annual Charity Beer Fest on Main Street in Middletown on August 5. Guests enjoyed beer from more than 70 breweries, including more than 50 local Connecticut favorites. Food truck offerings included Mondo Restaurant, NoRA Cupcake Company, Mercado and Captain Scott’s Lobster Truck. Proceeds from the event benefited the Middlesex Coalition on Housing & Homelessness, an organization that strives to end homelessness in Middlesex County, Meriden and Wallingford by helping to secure stable and affordable housing for families and individuals in need.
