
Elm City Social welcomed industry professionals to its rooftop Tiki bar for a Tiki cocktail competition on July 31. Bartenders were required to use a minimum of two ounces of two different spirits, including Angostura White Oak, Angostura 5 Year, Angostura 7 Year, Angostura Amaro, Black Bottle Blended Scotch Whiskey, Deanston Single Malt Scotch Whiskey, Langley’s London Gin and Don Pancho Origenes Reserva in their Tiki creations. Anthony Nastasi from Cook and the Bear came in first place, Roger Gross from Elm City Social and Highland Brass Co. came in second place and Dimitrios Zahariadis from Chango Rosa and Highland Brass Co. came in third place.
