The Change in the Air Festival returns for its 4th year on Oct. 12 at a new location in downtown New Haven for a block party style festival. More than 25 of the best craft breweries from Connecticut and beyond will be alongside the best Black-and-Brown-owned restaurants, musicians, artists, and community vendors in the state.
