Barrington’s Grapes & Grains celebrated its 13th anniversary in conjunction with its annual grand tasting on March 29. In November 2011, Owner Matt Amaral made history when he was awarded the first-ever Class A liquor retail license in the town, among the last, if not the last, “dry” towns in New England. In March 2012, Grapes & Grains opened its doors. Guests enjoyed a range of fine imported and domestic wines and beers poured by representatives from state distributors.
