BIN 312 in Providence hosted “A Grower Champagne Tasting” guided by Sommelier Ali Innes on Sunday, December 30, 2017. “Grower” refers to the sparkling wines made in the Champagne region of France that are produced by the same estate that owns the vineyards from which the grapes come. Innes led guests through a tasting of four brands: Marc Hébrart Rosé Brut NV, Domaine Egly-Ouriet Champagne, Frederic Savart Champagne Brut Premier Cru L’Ouverture and Pierre Peters Cuvée Reserve Brut Blanc de Blancs NV.
