“Master Blender’s Selection No. 1” is a very personal signature Cognac, produced in a single batch from Hennessy’s extraordinary reserves of eau-de-vie. Master Blender Yann Fillioux was empowered to use his unbridled creativity. His selection of 80 to 100 eaux-de-vie was then aged in both young and old French oak casks, and bottled at “cask strength” to release aromatic tones as well as delicate spicy notes. Recommended neat or with three ice cubes.
