Horizon Beverage Co. of Rhode Island hosted its first Agave Showcase event at the Tree House Tavern in Warwick on Aug. 21. Trade guests looking to expand their knowledge and learn about portfolio offerings were invited for an afternoon tasting of craft tequilas, mezcals and sotols from a variety of makers, including Bozal, Convite, Mijenta, Ilegal, Agave de Cortes, El Jolgorio, Cierto, Xicaru, Nuestra Soledad, Sotol Por Siempre, Ojo de Tigre, Tanteo and more. Guests paired Mexican-inspired appetizers from the Tree House Tavern with beverage selections. The Horizon Beverage team and visiting supplier guests were on-site to discuss selections with guests.
