(CDI), and guests placed their bets for the 150th running of the Kentucky Derby at watch parties at Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods Resort Casino and Foxwoods’ Lake of Isles on May 4. The events showcased Kendall-Jackson’s commemorative 150th Kentucky Derby Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon and Mendocino Chardonnay. Kendall-Jackson is celebrating its multiyear partnership as the official wine of the Kentucky Derby. Headquartered in Santa Rosa, the family-owned and -operated winery sells approximately 6 million cases per year, making it the ninth-largest wine producer in the United States. It holds a portfolio of more than 30 premium wineries—including those from the Spire Collection, La Crema and Cambria—and is recognized for its environmentally and socially responsible business practices.
