Latitude Beverage Co. celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with tastings of its Northcross Triple Wood Irish Whiskey brand across Connecticut. In partnership with Vine Ventures, the team saw 18-plus retail events throughout the month leading up to the holiday. Northcross Triple Wood Irish Whiskey is distilled and matured in Dundalk, Ireland, and made with the pure waters from the nearby Cooley Mountains. Crafted from a blend of double- and triple-distilled whiskeys and triple cask aged, the spirits mature in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry and new American oak casks. Rich with aromas of graham cracker and honey, the whiskey offers flavors of chocolate syrup and beignets, giving way to creamy butterscotch and orange zest, with a long finish that showcases its sherry maturation. Latitude Beverage Co.’s growing portfolio of national wine and spirits brands also includes 90+ Cellars, Iron Side, Mija Sangria, Steel 43 Vodka, Tequila Zarpado and Wheel Horse Whiskey.
