Grapes & Grains in Barrington showcased wines from Mancini Beverage during a weekly in-store tasting event on July 7. Guests enjoyed select imported and domestic wines, poured by Joseph Coccurello, Sales Representative, Mancini Beverage – Northeast Wines division. During the afternoon, Coccurello and the store’s team educated shoppers on Shaw Pinot Grigio, a refreshing California wine made from organic grapes; Elouan Rosé, made from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes grown in the cool climate of the Oregon Coast; El Coto Semi Sweet Blanco, a Chardonnay hailing from Rioja, Spain; Krasno Merlot, a red wine from Goriška Brda, Primorje, Slovenia; and Ilico Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, a single-vineyard value for a Riserva bottling. Barrington’s Rind Cheese Shop provided assorted artisanal cheeses and charcuterie for guests to pair with samples.
