Frank Martucci, General Manager of Beverage Operations at Twin River Casino represented the United States as a delegate at the 17th Annual Pan American Cocktail Competition in San Juan, Puerto Rico on October 27 – November 1, 2013. Over 20 countries were represented by delegates for four days of seminars, competition and networking. Martucci also competed in the Presidents Cup, and presented a seminar on American culture and history called The Cocktail, Proudly American. Origin and Evolution. It focused on three cocktails: Mint Julep, Old Fashioned and Sazerac as well as U.S. trends.
