
Max Downtown in Hartford, in collaboration with Brescome Barton, hosted a whiskey-pairing dinner featuring Michter’s American Whiskey on Nov. 6. Guests enjoyed an elaborate multicourse meal prepared by the culinary team at Max Downtown expertly paired with different whiskeys from the Michter’s whiskey line, including US*1 Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey, Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Sour Mash Whiskey, Unblended American Whiskey, Toasted Barrel Finish Bourbon Whiskey, 10 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and 10 Year Kentucky Straight Rye. Michter’s has been named the World’s Most Admired American Whiskey and the No. 2 Most Admired Whiskey overall in the second edition of The World’s Most Admired Whiskies, an annual top 50 list released by Drinks International judged by an international panel of independent whisky experts.
